Scope

For the business relationship between the buyer and Tibisay jewelry, the following terms and conditions apply exclusively by placing an order, the buyer accepts our terms and conditions of delivery and payment. Different conditions of the buyer are not valid.

The prices

Our prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Shipping

Packaging and shipping is included and limited to A-Post in Switzerland. After receipt of payment, the delivery time is 5-14 working days.

Payment and retention

The current payment method is possible via PayPal. The payment is due immediately after the order. Until full payment, the goods remain the property of Tibisay Schmuck in Rümlang.

Return and exchange

Unworn or defective items can be returned within 5 days in original packaging to the following postal address:

Later returns are not possible. Shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the customer. The refund will be made with a voucher. Obvious defects or incorrect deliveries must be returned within 5 working days of receipt. Product illustrations may differ in shape and color. Reduced items are excluded from return and exchange. Delivery terms Tibisay Jewelry can not be held responsible for non-delivery or late fulfillment of the contract in case of force majeure or delivery shortages of our suppliers.
